Armaan is a registered provisional physiotherapist who helps people of all backgrounds and activity levels move with confidence and feel capable in their bodies. His approach focuses on clear explanations, thoughtful exercise progressions, and care that feels supportive and individualized.

He completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) at the University of Alberta and brings a strong background in competitive soccer, having played at the university level with both the University of Alberta and Concordia University of Edmonton. This experience informs his clinical approach, with an emphasis on movement quality, progressive loading, and helping patients return to the activities that matter most, whether that is work, sport, or daily life.

Armaan enjoys working with individuals who feel limited, cautious, or unsure about movement following injury. He prioritizes education, collaborative goal setting, and structured rehabilitation to help patients rebuild trust in their bodies and achieve meaningful, lasting results.

Certified in Clinical Pilates, Dry Needling, and Fascial Stretch Therapy, she blends exercise, manual therapy, education, and innovative techniques to support recovery and resilience. With a background in personal training and experience in bodybuilding, powerlifting, CrossFit, Olympic lifting, and trail running, she emphasizes the role of strength and conditioning in rehab.

Kim is a physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience and a passion for helping people move, feel, and live better. She earned her Physical Education degree at the University of Alberta and her Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland, where she was introduced to Clinical Pilates.

Certified in Clinical Pilates, Running, Dry Needling, Spinal Manipulation, Kinesiotaping, and FMS, Kim blends hands-on therapy with movement-based care to support recovery, resilience, and performance. She’s also been leading group fitness classes for 20+ years and has trained many new instructors along the way.

When she’s not at Crû, Kim is likely running, cycling, weightlifting, or chasing after her three kids.

Lindsay earned her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology (2024) from the University of Alberta (UofA) and now works as a kinesiologist, dance teacher, and clinical pilates instructor. She is passionate about health, fitness, and helping people of all ages build strength, confidence, and longevity through movement.

Movement has been an integral part of Lindsay’s life since she began dancing at the age of 4. Since then, she has trained extensively in Highland, Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz and Irish dance, completing many exams in Highland, Ballet, and Irish, including her STDA Highland Members exam. Throughout her years of dance training, Lindsay had the opportunity to perform across the world, including performances in Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and the Okanagan Military Tattoo. She is also grateful for the opportunity to have trained with Motives Dance Company’s pre-professional company and the UofA’s MOD contemporary group.

In addition to Lindsay’s background in dance, she became certified in soft tissue release and first responder first aid during her 3 years as a student Kinesiologist with the UofA’s Varsity Health and Pandas soccer.

Through Lindsay’s recent completion of the Indepth Clinical Pilates certificate, she has strengthened her ability to analyze movement, provide effective cueing, and clinical reasoning skills. With a strong foundation in Kinesiology and dance, she has always valued the positive impacts movement has on individual goals—from achieving pain-free activities of daily living to enhancing athletic performance. Graduating with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from University of Alberta in 2024, Anastasia brings a strong foundation in human movement and injury prevention to her work as a Clinical Pilates Instructor. Her passion for movement and sport began at the age of three through figure skating and later expanded into ballroom dance, which influenced her teaching style by bringing a focus on body awareness, posture, coordination, and controlled movement. She continues to dance and values movement as both an art form and an important part of overall health and wellness.

Alongside her Pilates and dance background, Anastasia is continuing her education toward her Strength and Conditioning Certification. With her experience in rehabilitation and clinical settings, she creates sessions that are supportive yet challenging for clients of different fitness levels and goals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta (2023) and is currently completing her Diploma in Massage Therapy at MacEwan University. She also holds certifications as a Clinical Pilates practitioner, EXOS Performance Specialist, and Registered Yoga Teacher with the International Yoga Alliance. Abbey is a physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience helping people of all ages move with confidence. She holds a BSc in Kinesiology from Brock University and a MSc in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University, and she’s certified in Clinical Pilates, Acupuncture, Functional Dry Needling, Vestibular and Concussion Rehab, and Running Gait Analysis.

A lifelong athlete in figure skating, snowboarding, and triathlon, Abbey has always believed in the power of movement. Discovering Clinical Pilates gave her a whole new perspective on sustainable, purposeful care and it’s become a cornerstone of her practice.
