Our physiotherapy services are designed to support you through every stage, from injury and pain management to ongoing maintenance, recovery, and performance. Assessments are required for all new injuries or for injuries that have not been treated in the past 6 months.

We direct bill most extended healthcare insurance companies for your convenience. If your appointment is related to a motor vehicle accident or you have alternative coverage through Veterans Affairs, the Canadian Department of National Defence, or an existing disability claim, please let our team know in advance so we can prepare the proper documentation ahead of your first appointment.

These small crû classes are designed for all fitness levels and abilities, offering a safe and supportive environment to build strength, improve posture, and increase mobility. With guidance from a certified instructor, each participant can work at their own pace using modifications or progressions as needed. The crû setting adds motivation, accountability, and a sense of community while ensuring individual needs are met.

Robyn is a physiotherapist with an MScPT (2016) and BKin (2014) from the University of Alberta. Certified in Clinical Pilates, Dry Needling, and Fascial Stretch Therapy, she blends exercise, manual therapy, education, and innovative techniques to support recovery and resilience. With a background in personal training and experience in bodybuilding, powerlifting, CrossFit, Olympic lifting, and trail running, she emphasizes the role of strength and conditioning in rehab.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys trail running, gravel biking, exploring coffee shops, and time with her cat, Bea.

Kim is a physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience and a passion for helping people move, feel, and live better. She earned her Physical Education degree at the University of Alberta and her Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland, where she was introduced to Clinical Pilates.

Certified in Clinical Pilates, Running, Dry Needling, Spinal Manipulation, Kinesiotaping, and FMS, Kim blends hands-on therapy with movement-based care to support recovery, resilience, and performance. She’s also been leading group fitness classes for 20+ years and has trained many new instructors along the way.

When she’s not at Crû, Kim is likely running, cycling, weightlifting, or chasing after her three kids.

Abby is a physiotherapist and certified Reformer Pilates instructor with a BKin and MScPT from the University of Alberta (2021). She combines manual therapy with individualized exercise programs, drawing on certifications in dry needling, spinal manipulation, powerlifting, biomechanics, and strength-based rehabilitation. In 2024, she worked in Australia, expanding her training with the Watson Headache® Technique and Pilates certification in Byron Bay.

Abbey is a physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience helping people of all ages move with confidence. She holds a BSc in Kinesiology from Brock University and a MSc in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University, and she’s certified in Clinical Pilates, Acupuncture, Functional Dry Needling, Vestibular and Concussion Rehab, and Running Gait Analysis.

A lifelong athlete in figure skating, snowboarding, and triathlon, Abbey has always believed in the power of movement. Discovering Clinical Pilates gave her a whole new perspective on sustainable, purposeful care and it’s become a cornerstone of her practice.
